4. MAD ABOUT CAKE SG
Cookie monsters, bet you’d want to snack on freshly baked cookies from Mad About Cake SG! Recently, Mad About Cake SG gave me two types of their cookies — both of the exact same recipe BUT one is handmade (bottle labelled ‘madaboutcakes’ and the other is made using machines (bottle labelled ‘Cookies Most Wanted’). It was an interesting experiment because even though both cookies were made with the same recipe and same amount of ingredients, there is a jarring difference in the taste! 😲 The handmade cookies, as compared to the machine-made cookies, was rougher with a darker colour and a more inconsistent shape. The handmade cookies also have a more intense taste, suggesting that they were more flavourful. My verdict: Fresh, handmade cookies are always more preferred!
By the way, my team cleared their cookies so fast so I’m sure you would too! 😝
