The Villa at Singapore Botanical Gardens officially launched its Halal wedding packages last weekend at their first wedding showcase for 2018. Couples looking for halal catering options at a unique and beautiful venue can now choose to have their wedding there. On top of that, they can select between more traditional Malay-wedding cuisine, thanks to a partnership with well-known halal catering company Muslim Delights, or opt for The Halia’s signature modern European-Asian cuisine which has been Halal-certified by the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore since 1 June 2017.

“Couples are encouraged to stagger their invite timings as well to prevent any bottleneck congestions at the buffet table,” recommended Lydia Rashid, Assistant Banquet Manager of Garden Events Singapore and has been with the company for over 14 years.Celebrating its 10th year anniversary, The Villa held a two-day wedding showcase for the first time, after organising over 2000 weddings since its opening in 2008.
