The Spiritual Summit 2017 – The Direction of Your Heart is expected to see some 2000 participants at Suntec City Convention Centre. Enjoy these exclusive deals for this weekend only at Suntec City

1. Cajun on Wheels @ PasarBella Suntec City

We heard some of you! You’ve been bugging us to get Cajun on Wheels on board with a FRIENDS deal and now it’s finally happening only this weekend at their PasarBella Suntec City outlet. Try their seafood creole which is perfect for the seafood lovers. You no longer need to cross the border to get your hands dirty on fresh seafood such as prawns, lobsters, crabs and a variety of shellfish cooked to perfection.

Just for this weekend, Cajun on Wheels at PasarBella Suntec City gives you 10% off when you flash your FRIENDS with Halalfoodhunt card!

2. Wingstop

We rarely cover fast food joints, but when we do, we make sure it’s a brand that’s close to home and has loads and loads of chicken wings to live up your #ayamtitanium fantasies. They have over 13 flavours of chicken wings for you to choose from, the latest being the Brazilian Citrus Pepper.

With only five outlets islandwide, you won’t feel so left out since Wingstop at Suntec will fulfil your Upin Ipin dreams this weekend with 10% off their regular priced menu items.

3. Encik Tan

Just when we taught Encik Tan already nailed that spot as the perfect comforting breakfast or lunch place to go to on your own, the FRIENDS card would tempt you to share a bowl of wanton noodles with a loved one – and by sharing I mean individual bowls. Flash your FRIENDS with Halalfoodhunt card at Encik Tan Suntec City to enjoy 10% off the wanton noodle set if you’re feeling for a light lunch or dinner option.

4. Turkish Lezzet House

If you’re thinking kebabs are so 2000, you are so wrong. The past three years has seen different groups of Middle Eastern men setting up shop at our local pasar malams. Unknown to many, there’s a small and quaint Turkish kebab shop that’s been there since January 2016! This Muslim-owned kebab house serves your standard Turkish fare – kebabs, pide, done kebabs, and my personal favourite, the kunafeh! Always a healthier option to have a vegetable-loaded kebab, and then save the kunafeh for dessert later. Or now. Doesn’t really matter since you already had vegetables in the kebab.

Flash your FRIENDS with Halalfoodhunt card this weekend at Turkish Lezzet House and enjoy 10% off with a minimum spending of $10. While you’re there, get a kunafeh for one of the girls at the Halalfoodhunt booth, will ya?

5. Kurry Korner

Chinese food isn’t the only local delights you can get a hold of at Suntec City. Kurry Korner is a halal-certified Indian stall that serves your favourite dhal, curry – a great mix of comforting north and south Indian foods you’d definitely crave for after an intense morning at the summit. Get your hands on the lunch sets and enjoy 20% off with the FRIENDS with Halalfoodhunt card.

6. Qiji

If you’re on board with me with regards to the Nasi Lemak Burger which was launched as a special menu for National Day, let’s just have the original Nasi Lemak, shall we? Local homegrown brand Qiji makes your simple Nasi Lemak more exciting when you get to choose the sides you prefer it with. While I prefer the standard ayam goreng (yes clearly you all know I love my ayam goreng) together with a sunny side up egg, I do know of people who’d very much prefer Nasi Lemak with an egg and non-traditional sides such as a fish cake and otah.

Have breakfast for dinner at Marina Square!

7. Beyond Pancakes

The latest kid on the block to our growing list of merchants on halalfoodhunt.com is the perfect weekend brunch spot right in a popular mall in town, Marina Square. Beyond Pancakes serves a variety of European, Dutch and Western style pancakes – both savoury and sweet! My personal favourite is the mushroom and grilled chicken pancake while Jums continually raves about the nachos. Enjoy a 15% off starters and desserts or 10% off mains when you dine at Beyond Pancakes Marina Square.

Have more time to spare? Head over to Arab Street (10 mins away from Suntec)

8. Hararu Izakaya

We can never get tired of halal Japanese food, can we? Literally means ‘halal tapas’, Hararu Izakaya opens a few months back much to the celebration of foodies all around. They serve a wide range of foods like unagi-don, Gyuniku Nitsuke (beef ribs) and the ultimate cheat day meal – the torikawa, aka crispy and light fried chicken skin. Enjoy 10% off ala carte menu items when you show your FRIENDS with Halalfoodhunt card at Hararu Izakaya.

9. Kaw Kaw by Makan State

I know many of us are no longer strangers with Kaw Kaw, but just for the Spiritual Summit, enjoy their usual discount of 10% this weekend too! It’s usually not available on weekends! ALWAYS a favourite will be the Mac n Cheese. You can definitely not go wrong with that.

10. The Lab SG

Since The Lab’s FRIENDS discount is available all day and week, why not add them to the mix, am I right? Have your coffee, their signature Heisenburger or one of the fancy new items on the menu, the grilled halibut. Remember to flash your FRIENDS with Halalfoodhunt card to enjoy 15% off your total bill, not valid with other promotions.

11. Lima

For the health concious and those who prefer somethingly so you can stay energized and awake during the conference at the talk, head over to Limaa at Haji Lane. Quiet, quaint and definitely refreshing, especially their cold-pressed juices, Limaa even has a special breastfeeding room for you mothers! How cool is that! With the FRIENDS with Halalfoodhunt card, enjoy 10% off your total bill.
